Entertaiment | Articles
Entertainment is a diverse range of human activities that can be enjoyed on any scale from the private enjoyment of a single person who chooses what to watch, read, or listen to; to banquets adapted for two; to performances intended for thousands—or even for a global audience. The experience of being entertained has come to be strongly associated with amusement, and many forms of entertainment have a lighthearted or humorous intention. However, some have serious purposes, such as ceremonies, festivals, religious celebrations, and satire.
Entertainment often hits on themes that our brains were evolved to deeply react to, such as social backstabbing and murders.
